Hi,
Can one order a dvd boxset at a Tesco store to be collected from them, even if they don't stock it - but their website does?
Reason is I received with my vouchers a Voucher for '£4 off a £40 spend in-store or online'. However it does not accept on the Tescoentertainemnt site so must be for Grocercies only. If I can have access to the DVD box set in store then I could use the £4 voucher. would they do that, ie order for me (from their entertainment division)?
Thanks
F

I'm afraid not. Stores don't cross over with the entertainment website.0

A word of warning for those ordering items delivered to store. Tesco will not refund petrol if items are lost in transit. I recently ordered a mirror. Drove 20 miles (10 miles each way) to get it only to be told it was lost in transit. When I rang customer service they would not refund my petrol but did give me three pounds as a goodwill gesture.0

Did you not wait for the phonecall from the store saying that your item had arrived? Every time I've used delivered to store I get a phonecall saying it's in. If you are travelling a distance it's probably best to give them a ring to check if you don't get a call first.
.
It's only a game

Thanks for the tip. It was the first time I'd ordered for item to be delivered to store.0
