OR Interview pending

Hello

I have read loads of posts on here about the OR interview and I know most posts say not to worry, but I am a little as it draws closer W/B 05/04/10.

Has anyone had any experience of the OR in Leeds?

Any info would be gratefully received.

Thank you for your help

i was very worried as well, however, the OR was very professional and was just trying to get to the bottom of the cause of BR

mine took 45 minutes and it flew by.

    you're nearly there!

    Hi there,

    No experience with leeds.

But most ORs are normall people with the odd exception and will teart you fairly and talk to uo nicely. They ask questions, so just answer as honestly as possible. they are only looking into your affairs to see what went wrong etc.

Is it telephone or face to face.

The OR interview was the thing I was most terrified of, but to be honest there was nothing to worry about. Just be honest, if you don`t know the answer to something then say so, hopefully you will be fine.

My wife has been ordered by the doctor to loose weight. Because she is so big the only exercise she can do without it causing her pain is swimming and obviously eating healthy food is dearer than value beans etc although we do have them once a week, we also have six cats so have had to include their food in our housekeeping.

Incidentally, the wife has lost three stone and she's not even half way yet!!! at least another six to go.

Telephone is two mobiles and the land line we are in arrears slightly (recent bill) with BT so the monthly D/D is £35.00

The car is car insurance; breakdown; servicing (oil & filter/tyres); mot & Tax

Gas and Electric we got a bill for a month and it was £160.00 but the landlord has just put in a new condensing boiler. The building we live in has very large room and high ceilings so it takes a bit to heat it. It's thermostatically controlled as well. We learned that it is worse to turn the heating off altogether and have it come on twice a day like we had at our house (smaller new property) because it takes an awful lot to get it back up to temperature.

Traveling £72.00 for a monthly bus pass for me and the rest is fuel for the car. My wife is looking for a job and has to look further afield (15 mile radius of home) She also does some volunteering to try and improve her chances of getting a job (she is signed off sick at the moment, her last job ruined her confidence and then she has dealt with both our BR then I could just concentrate on working so it meant I wasn't affected by it too much, she took it all (for which I am very grateful), she also had to find us somewhere to live)

The £80.00 that I put for holiday/gifts/entertainment is that too high then, should it just be £35.00?

    Thanks
