So sorry, another question, this time regarding 10.1 ..
Give the names and ages of all occupants of your household and state which, if any, are dependent on you.
Do I include myself ?
Shouldn't be any or many more questions now as I'm finishing off the form ready for tomorrow. Cheers.

Yep I'm nearly there ! Gettin a headache but not stopping now. Ticking all the boxes so to speak but tell me, where is the facility to add additional information on this online form ? Can't see it.
Oh and do you submit then print or other way or not matter ?!
.. and do you just print the individual pages by using the normal printer icon at the top of the page or do you have to print them out another way ?
Need to know this information as me and the printer don't get on with each other.

i'm not sure about the additional info bit...
once you have completed all sections, submit it online. then you need to print 3 copies and you take them to court with you. from memory i think it tells you how to print
