Bought with Nectar points - can I get refund?

I've had a quick look around the boards but can't seem to find the answer to this question....
I bought an item at Argos yesterday for £14.99 and paid with my Nectar points but I bought the wrong thing! Will they refund my points or will I get vouchers?

Can't vouch that it is standard policy but when I recently returned something paid for with Nectar points, they gave me a refund in vouchers.0

Sounds like they'll just give you vouchers; with Argos staff it seems to be the nicer you are to them the nicer they will be to you.Argos gift card. There may be an issue if its a promotion voucher though depends who serves you.EGG are a bunch of complete bankers!0 -
Yes it'll go on a gift card. The till can't put nectar point onto cards.
