We are looking at doing a Part Ex deal with Morris homes, but am struggling to get a mortgage at 85% LTV - have only been offered Nationwide at 5.79%. Does anyone know of any other companies offering a better deal, or am I better ringing round myself?

Start with a few web sites and comparison sites.
(or get broker to do the running around)

n.b. if your property is a new build you will only be able to borrow up to 75% of its value (your property is a 'new build' if the property was built and completed within the last 2 years, including properties purchased from a builder or developer).0
