Hi all.
I just wondered what competition sites you all use, & do you get lots of spam with them?
I use UK competitions, & Loquax at the moment, so far so good with the spam. But I'm always on the lookout for more comps!

They are the only 2 I use and they just about cover most of the decent comps. The ones from your local paper are good too though.2008 Comping ChallengeWon so far - £3010 Needed - £230Debt free since Oct 20040

Personally I logon here each day and enter all the competitions from the magical KIPPER and the other great users. This normally gives you plenty a day and saves you a hell of a lot of time. What I also do is, upon being linked to a competition from here I would then look upon the site for a 'competition page' and therefore giving me access to a whole range of new competitions. Once found these I then normally book mark (add to favourites) the competition page and re-visit it when I get bored. After a while you'll get a ideal of which sites are decent. I personally I don't use the ones you've mentioned mainly because I don't trusted them and they are not to choosey what competition's are shown on there and the potential of spamming must be high. PS I don't do surveys either as these are asking for you to be spammed!Regards,
Dave
If only I had a pound for every time I used the thanks button0 -

I'm a member of Loquax and UK Competitions and I don't get any spam. I've had more spam from the recommendations from this board than I have from any comp site.2008 Comping ChallengeWon so far - £3010 Needed - £230Debt free since Oct 20040

I agree, thank the lord for the MSE members who post all these fab comps! :T I usually look here first, & I can also get a little bit of feedback about the sites/comps by reading what others have written.Tightwad. And proud of it!

Every site is visited and checked and whilst we can't guarantee anything, we do think that we do a reasonably good job at making sure we list things we're happy with.
As for spam - we don't spam. We send out one newsletter a week maximum.
Thanks
Jason
Here's to Loquax, one of the best; always gets my vote. How come Jason's still a newbie moneysaver?? AND he must have eyes in the back of his head!!!!0 -
