Anyone had problems using McVities biscuit vouchers?

Hubby has been to asda this afternoon, and when he tried to use 4 McVities coupons for the free biscuits we won, he was told he could only use one of them and would have to pay for the rest of the biccies.

He suggested putting them through in 4 seperate transactions and she said no, they aren't allowed as you can only use one a day :mad::mad: . Luckily he was going to asda rather than a special trip otherwise I would have been fuming more than I am now.

I don't see what the problem is, as surely McVities pay asda for the vouchers and they all had different codes on them so they know they aren't duplicated. Has anyone else had this problem??

My husband has used 3 at one time i think that was in either Sainsburys or Tescos.
I don't see what their problem is as surely they still get their money, so what if someone uses more than one at a time.

Nope I have used 2 before.

I have just been to 3 supermakrets looking for the code fro my e-book reader win and no luck ................ I feel so misserable today !

ive only won a packet of buiscuits on i t had no problem claiming them and they were bogof in tesco

I'm going to send an email to Asda telling them I'm disappointed in them as my husband was non the wiser until he got to the checkout. Surely they should have a notice up stating they can't accept more than one voucher if this is their policy.

My hubby is off to Tesco on Monday when he finishes work, so he's going to have a look in there. Hopefully they'll still be on bogof. If they aren't, not to worry as its still a free packet
