Looking for the best deal on a electric induction hob ideally with 4or 5 elements. Preferbly a well known brand like Miele , Siemmens or Bosch but open to any good deals. most seem to be priced around £400 .

My advice here is to have a scan on one of the internet sites which have an extensive list of units for offer (such as http://www.thedac.co.uk ), and then use the normal search engines (like Google) to search for competitive prices based on a specific product code for the item you like.
I have done similar recently, as I am having an extension built, and require a few appliances. I researched for the products I wanted, and then searched for each in turn to get the best price. This allowed me to make such an overall sacving (as say going to a standard retail outlet), that I was able to upgrade many of the items and still stay within budget, or possibly allow me to get that nice Plasma screen I'm after
Sorry I can't be more specific on a model and price, but I am not an expert on this product type.
Good luck.

A couple of years ago when we renovated our kitchen , we had our heart set on a nice top of the range Neff induction hob which at the time was retailing for around £940 but after shopping around we eventually got it for nearer £500 (+ delivery)from
