    No, definitely 29th April.

    It's not in the issue that has just come out, it'll be in the issue that comes out at the end of April.

    It's advertised in the issue that's just come out.

    OK, it's just usually things are on sale in the month before they're dated, hence my confusion!

    Edit ... and the website says the May edition is on sale now ?

    Just received my June issue of Instyle that I have on subscription, this is the one that will have the free nails inc. polish with it when it hits the shops.

    I've just read the OP's message and checked the cover price of the mag. Ouch, I didn't realise I'd saved quite so much by having it on subscription.

    Got my subscribers travel copy today as well but no free nail polish. Have they stopped giving cover gifts to subscribers now?

    The name and address leafelt with my subscription issue had a message on the right hand side starting Dear Subscriber appologising for not being able to send the nails inc. polish but asking me to email them with my subscription number which is on the back of the sheet together with name and address details and they'd send me the polish. Maybe it was held up somewhere in the volcano disruption - who knows? It's strange that they're going have to pay 2 lots of postage now.
