Now, what I really need is an easy way to shift the smoking-cessation-related pounds, apart from boring old "eat less, exercise more" (which is 1,000,000 x more difficult than stopping smoking)
Aye - my mum and dad trying quitting together about 25 years ago - my mum was a very light social smoker and my dad a chimney. My dad found it really easy, and hasn't smoked since. My mum is still a 5 a day gal!
