Does anyone have a decent belgian buns recipe?

I would like to make some belgian buns, but can't find any instructions anywhere. Does anyone know how to make them? Pretty please, with icing and cherry's on top:D

Oh I love belgian buns - and they are very easy to make. A friend showed me.
Basically, you just use a normal white bread recipe, make the dough & let it rise. Then roll it out into a rectangle, and spread it with some lemon curd; the really cheap version is fine. Sprinkle dried fruit on top, and roll it up like a swiss roll. Cut it into slices (remember it will rise) and leave in a warm place to rise. Cook for about the same time and temperature as ordinary rolls. Once they are cooled, ice them with a thick glace icing & put the cherry on top!

    Easy!

Hi jenny, thanks for your help. I did google it, but the first 8 recipe's I tried all seemed to be from the same site, and glossed over the bits I didn't know how to do.
