                    Hi,
I am after some advice on filling in my early discharge questionaire I received today.
I haven't as yet had an IPA implemented because I don't have enough surplus.
During my OR interview (last november) when the examiner went through my I & E he said I wouldn't be allowed any child related expenses, dental/medical or holiday allowances.
Now that I have to fill in this questionaire do I still put these in or leave them out as I was told I wasn't allowed them last november (please bear in mind that an IPA still wasn't put in place even without these expenses).
Thanks for your help.

if the OR has already disallowed these expenses, i would leave them out0

remember that the OR will most likely be checking this one against your first SOA so if there are any changes the OR might be asking why/proof ,I would keep things as is if nothing has changed (food-petrolgas etc has went up) and if you still have a surplus put the non allowed expenes down as they will only be taken off again if not allowed so you lose nothing in adding them.0

It was only verbally during my phone interview that the examiner said they wouldn't be allowed. I never got anything in writing. I thought not allowing £5 a week for the kids child relating expenses was harsh at the time and haven't heard anyone else being refused this. I just got the feeling at the time that they were trying everything to try and get an IPA in place.
My council tax and water has gone up for this new tax year, only by a couple of quid but I take it I put down the current figures ?

yes, put down the current figures 0 0

yes,if stuff has increased put the new amounts down, remember your surplus needs to be around £100 so I would think that no iva before will still be the case, they will be glad to sign you off their case load so enjoy your ED some of us (me:mad:) wait the full year for discharge.0

The only slight hiccup may be that I changed jobs last week and was in the process of informing them about my change of circumstances within 21 days. Although the new job is on a very small about a month less I am worried they may want to wait for 3 months payslips before making a decision.
Good luck with your AD in a couple of weeks sniggins, Bankrupt 07/10/2009 Bankrupt 07/10/2009

Just because the OR has disallowed some items for the purpose of an IPA doesn't mean that you shouldn't still list them.
They are your expenses after all.
If the OR wants to disallow them again then that is up to them, but you should give them the full info each time you provide an SOA.Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB

Thanks for that, I was thinking of putting them down again as they are expenses that I pay.
Any idea whether the fact that I changed jobs last week may affect the ED (in respect to them requiring 3 months payslips) ?Bankrupt 07/10/2009
