Hi there, just wondered how to claim the IPOD Touch, I ordered SKY HD through the special link on your site, called the Sky call centre and they didn't know anything about it! Any help / contacts would be appriciated!

So long as you have ordered it through the link given in the home page of this site you should get it. I checked with them through the chat online service (since the order page doesn't mention it) and they said that, provided you've ordered in that page you will receive it.
