I was wondering about if I went bankrupt and got a BRO for say 4 to 6 years for example would that mean if I had an IPA, that I understand lasts for 3 years(?)
Would I have to keep paying it for the years I've got the BRO for, also if any inheritance should come my way during the BRO term would that be claimed by the OR?

An IPA last for 3 years FULL STOP. A BRU/O has no effect on that.
The OR can only claim an inheritance if the person dies while you are undischarged. Again, a BRU/O does not effect that. It doesn't give them a longer period over which they can claim an inheritance.Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB
