That was a waste of time! Very little left online- although it sounds as though there wasn't much to start with.

Went to my local store at 7:00am this morning with my son and the baby. I gave him a bag and told him to fill it with things he liked (he wears the same T shirt and jeans and refuses to wear anything else!). I was impressed when he came back with half a bags worth until I started going through it and realised he'd picked all the non-sale stuff! He wasn't impressed when I put it all back!

Did slightly better with the baby and got her some nice little outfits for when she's bigger.
2010 Comp wins: Lamaze baby toy, Cushelle koala, Frusli bars, knitted monkey, nursery rhyme DVD

Christmas sorted for my LO (apart from Frusli bars - they're mine!)

I went to a retail park one at 7:05am and it was rammed. I missed out on some bits I wanted from the kids section but saw people with them in their bags so I took a gamble and went into the main town store at 8am and got a few more bits. Got most of the kids stuff I actually wanted.

The womens stuff was terrible though, whats with the elasticated ankle bits on the jeans?!?! Mens stuff was fine. Lots of tops, shirts and coats. Home had practically nothing.

These mid season sales generally aren't very good.

I was pleased that most of the kids stuff seemed to be summer stuff rather than alot of winter which I expected.

Llandudno was great for kids stuff - had loads of coats, trousers/jeans and jumpers which are usually first to go. Also plenty of tights and shoes. Was quite impressed!

I went to my local store, got there at 6.10am, got quite a good selection of girls clothes, mainly 2-3 stuff for DD3 as it's her birthday in May, not much there for my nearly 5 and nearly 6 year old, have to get them the same otherwise they argue and typically they only had one of the sizes in things.

I find that there is always more in the Sale in the shops than online, I was probably about the 6th person into the children's section.

Spent £133, thought it would come to about £200 so was quite pleased.

They don't accept returns for few days until after the sale!

I returned things today with no problems (phoned Next first to check). As ever I managed to buy several items with big holes pulled in them by the sales tags, wish they were a bit more careful about sales tagging items, especially the delicate fabrics.
