Did anyone else have a wem from Zensu £100 voucher?

This is the reply I got from them this afternoon regarding the vouchers.
"You are welcome to put the voucher towards any products on the Zenzu site (delivery would be charged based on the stated delivery cost for the given product). There is no minimum spend but I'm afraid all of the under £100 items were snapped up very early this morning by competition winners."
I bet they don't get ant stock in before 30th April when they expire.:mad:

I did contact Period Living straight away and they were not pleased.
I think the only way for this furniture company to redeem themselves is let the winners actually win something. I think we shaould all complain through the right channels. Where do we write to? The ASA?

It could bankrupt a small business, Yes they should have got it right but I'm not being part of bankrupting a business who made an error of wording an email wrong xxxx

I agree with Toniq....as in my earlier post I think they just miscalculated!

I also agree. I think this is a small company and they have made a mistake . £10000 could close them down. At first I thought that I would pursue it but on reflection I think they must be really stressed by this.

I actually received an email back last night saying my stool would be processed, but I've emailed them this morning to cancel it as I don't think this was really the intention of the voucher and runner up prize, and I don't think it would be ethical to accept.

I think, as we've all mentioned, this was just a simple wording error on their part and I don't want to take advantage of that.

I received a wem at 7.06 am this morning, seems odd that they're still sending wems a day later.

Thanks thetoothfairy for your post. I phoned and cancelled mine this morning and spoke to the lady who said it had been a mistake and that it had been very worrying.
