County Court Forms For Voluntary Repo

Dear All,
I have received county court forms for court date in April.
Part of the form is about incomings, expenditure, money in bank acoounts and money in savings. There are also questions about loans, credit cards etc.
Do I need to fill all this in. If so should I use pre or post bankruptcy figures.
I have ticked all the boxes that say I do not dispute the arrears and that I have some where else to live.
The last part on the form Particulars of Claim For Possession states that the court is being asked to (a) give possession of the premises and (b) pay to the claimant the total amount outstanding under the mortgage.
Am I ok to sign the court papers with sentance (b) in it. I want any outstanding mortgage amount to be included in my BR.
I am being taken to court by 1st Plus, via Eversheds, the secured loan lender. I have not heard anything form RBOS who we a have a mortgage with. Do I need to tell RBOS about repo court date?
Lastly, do we both need to attend or can I go to court and answer any questions on behalf of oh.
Best regards

Hi Dawlish, we have just had our house repoed in county court, we signed nothing nor sent any info other than a letter stating we wanted the possession granted to the mortgage company and we didnt attend the court either.
I very nearly put in the letter that i wanted them to grant the claim but then thought about it and decided that may give rise to debts coming back to us, we also typed our names not signed the letter. I rang the court to make sure the letter had arrived and would be included and then left them to it.
so far as i know they only need financial details if you are disputing the claim[STRIKE]Shazbo[/STRIKE]

Thanks Shazbo for your reply.
Think I'll just write a covering letter and send all the forms back.

HI Dawlish,
I had this too, i didnt fill in any of the form about income expenditure etc, just ticked i agreed with arrears,
and wrote a note on bottom of forms explaining i no longer lived in the property and wanted it to be repossessed , and also wrote i wouldnt be attending the court, signed and handed them in at the court, so i knew they got there.
This was 16th Feb received a letter from court gratining possession to Mort Co as of 16 th March.....they haven't taken the house even though they can and are now according to theirs solicitor require offer of payment of arrears or are going for a warrant??
LOL why do they have to drag things out...Good luck0 -
Are you going BR? As my mate did this and the lender for the house contacted him and asked if he was now in a postition to pay! he said he was and has kept the house. but they have said that they want to remortgage as soon as poss and add the arrears to the new mortgage. I would not sign anything as once you do you fully accept the terms and conditions of the repo order. I used to do this for a living....
