Mortgage Agreement Never Signed

Can't afford the mortgage but have 'means to pay £70k negative equity'!!!! - Tell us this is not complete nonsense?
Why is it people think because they are in negative equity they have to pay it!!!
The same happened in the 90's with people just handing in keys because houses were worth less than their mortgage yet they could cover the payments. Why not just use the means to cover the payments until you sort yourself out.
Oh and to help your memory out - when you received your agreement you had TWO copies, and I think you have had this twice, one for you to keep and one for you to sign and return so monies could be released. This is standard practice. Ask for an SAR to prove it.
So I would bet your negative equity you did sign and return one copy and have come across the other copy with subsequent paper work as something had changed.0 -

FYI: I have 2 copies - my/our Customers copy - all 12 pages, and that leaves one more copy , yes another 12 pages, with a space for signatures - the one which i should have signed (and witnessed!) and returned so the monies could be released...
Now 1+1 = ? Sorry no prizes!!!0 -

You ...you ask for everything you get, could you not resist coming back for a "peek" and some childish remarks?!
Me emotional!?....Listen my friend I have not "lost my job and am scratching around at self employment" -"have a mortgage that we can no longer afford to keep payments on" -"around 50 to 70 thousand in negative equity"......
So I suggest instead of trolling here..go and put your efforts into solving your problems & paying your mortage, instead of making a fool of yourself on here and looking for someone to blame.........0 -

Are we trolling here? I was after information. Blame? There you go again mr Vigilant. You seem to be having trouble understanding English words dont you. I have to repeat, especially for you, ...eyes rolling again... I am not blaming anyone. Whos the fool I wonder? Perhaps you should change your name to something like "ReallyAngryPerson22". Just a thought. I see you also like to lay into single mothers who have had a go at doing it the right way and got into difficulties too. So I should not be surprised that I'm not the only one you are having a pop at.0 -
