printed off forms, what do i need to sign?

okay, i've printed off my 3 copies and i'm not sure if i need to fill in anythng on the first few pages by hand or what I should or shouldn't sign now? dont want mess the forms up. Can i just sign the declaration in section 12 and then do the rest with the clerk on monday?

Don't sign anything on the forms now - just take the 3 copies with you and sign them in front of the court clerk.0

confuzzled7 is correct, the forms must be signed under oath on the day in the presance of the clerkThats it, i am done, Blind-as-a-Bat has left the forum, for good this time, there is no way I can recover this account, as the password was random, and not recorded, and the email used no longer exits, nor can be recovered to recover the account, goodbye all ………….
