Disclosure of CSA Payments

Sorry if this has been covered before

If a person on benefits receives CSA payments is it up to that person to inform the DWP that they are receiving CSA payment

Also can you remember the figures of the disregard

Just now it is £20 pw and in April it goes to the full amount .

Thanks

Yes, it is up to that person to declare they are getting CM.

You have the figures right, it changes on 12th April.
Be who you are, say what you feel, those who mind don't matter, those who matter don't mind.

Basically child maintenance should be reported as a source of income for any benefit that the state gives you apart from Disability straight from the DWP
