Transcash payments ..

I made my first payment to CCCS by Transcash on 25th July and its still not appearing on my CCCS client page. How long does it take for this kind of payment to go through?

If it's anything like Payplan, it takes several days to show up - sometimes as much as a week or more.

Should take 3-4 days, it should be showing by now, do you still have the receipt? are you sure you wrote your client number on it correctly? sometimes it will get put into the suspense account, you need to call up and ask for payments and they will trace the payment from the receipt, if you don't have a receipt tell them which post office it was, about what time, how much and the date so they can trace it. Don’t worry there is plenty of time to find it

Transcash payments normally take about four working days to process.Post Offices despatch documents at close of business daily to Alliance & Leicester (formerly Girobank) for their attention.It's usually a secure way of paying,but if your payment hasn't shown up by now ask the payee to contact A & L who will in turn contact the Post Office where you paid,as the transaction will be on their accounting system.Hang onto your receipt.
