Can anyone explain. I receive commission based on income i bring for the company. The lender says they can only use 25% of the annual sum as it is not guaranteed,
if the nature of commission is linked to the work you do, what is the difference between guaranteed and non guaranteed commission.

Never got this one. A bonus can be either but commission in its meaning is not guaranteed. In the good old days a lender would treat as guarenteed subject to the performance history.

i'd assume guaranteed means its wriitten into your contract, however you perfrom.
commision means its based on how you perform, so unless you perform not guaranteed.
