What exactly do Egg want me to do. I can't make money appear from nowhwere and they don't give a crap.
Now they are refusing to speak to me at all as I'm too unstable. AAAARRRRRGGGGG are they joking.

Hey surely this is good news...you no longer have to speak to them!!!

Seriously...they are all bar stewards, and somehow you need to try and stay detached. WHENEVER, they ring again just tell them you only deal with them in writing.

Or, can you get their number barred from your phone?

Can you write to them & reiterate what you have said but add that you are not unstanble but feel that their actions are verging on harassment & that you are now seeking legal advice? (CAB?)

Yep am going out now to see if I can get a CAB appointment. Please note I am broke not unstable and will not do any of the things in the title.:o

All my calls now simply state:

Can I take your name and your company?
I state the time is XXXXXXX
I have made this record for my complaint to the OFT.
Yet again, I INSIST that you remove my telephone number from your list, as is my right under the data protection act, and that you only deal with me in writing.
Good bye.


And I dont let them get a word in edgeways and hang up.
