As some of you may be aware there is a freephone number for sky that is not widely publicised by them and recently the process for accessing it has changed.
The number 0800 5875707 is technically for instructing sky to keep sending paper bills to your address, however with a little work you can get connected to a representative that will deal with your problems / enquiries.
All you need to do is telephone the number and when prompted to key in your skycard number, just make up a number, i.e 123 and then press #, you will then be asked to confirm this number and will need to repeat the process twice more.
Would mods please not merge this thread, as there are several different threads relevant to utilising this number on this forum alone.
