When I went to asda on saturday they had no easter eggs left - just had cadburys cream eggs and other little eggs.

I think it may be true that stores don't over order as they have done in the past.

My local Tesco had loads left 1 hr before closing on Saturday night. Will pop in today to see if theyre marked down.

correct, was reading the crocer and it said that last year there was a glut of eggs as the multiples bought some eggs from woolworths stock so there was alot sold at cheap prices but not this year

I guess we should of bought loads when the special offers were on before Easter.

Not an easter egg but on sale with the easter eggs in sainsburys - Eric (I think) the elephant money box with jelly sweets was £5 now £2.50. Nice little money box, children loved the sweets.

My tesco today had loads of eggs reduced!
Aero Bubbles, After Eight, and Mars - £2 instead of £5
Big creme egg ones - £5 instead of £10,
Thorntons special toffee and moments - £3 from £6

Plus loads of tesco finest eggs, hello kitty, smarties, Ben 10, mini eggs, and the smaller galaxy/mars/lindt/creme eggs ones, all reduced. Oh and lindt bunnies for 74p, although I bought most of those
