anyone used them? are they reliable?

Always better to wait till you have 100+ items and get them to pick them up by courier. Sent two in the post, one of which was never 'received' but the pick-ups have always been processed and paid. Occasionally need to chase them up for an email to arrange pick-up, they say they will send one with-in two working days but don't always, however, I find they reply quickly when prompted. Cheques have always been the quoted amount, though they can change it for unacceptable items.
