half price perfumes - awful!

Hi all
Placed an order on 12th March, 16th March half my items arrived, am missing three.
So far I have emailed, phoned (their answer machine says sorry open 9 - 3 Monday to Friday) Mon, Tues, Wed, Thurs, Fri, Mon, Tues - at different times within the specified hours - leaving a message.
I have left a testimonial asking them to get in touch, I have even commented on their facebook page asking for help - nothing.
It may not be much money's worth, but I am truly angry at being ignored.
Have they gone bust - who knows, their website is still up - but I am obviously not important enough!
My advice - AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE :mad:

I am having exactly the same problem, although my items never arrived at all! I have done the same as you - tried calling, emailing. My sister ordered same items at the same time and her order was delivered, so I have no idea why some orders are being met and others aren't...0
