GRRRR Morgan Stanley

I am 5 months into a DMP with Payplan. Half of my creditors have stopped the interest for others I am still waiting :(

The problem with Morgan Stanley is that I owe 500 pounds more than I did when I first went on the DMP!!.

This month alone I paid 37 pounds (as calculated by Payplan), however they charged me 20 pounds for a late fee, 20 pounds overlimit fee and a whopping 42 pounds interest.

Do you think they try and add as much as they can in the beginning knowing eventually that I will not be or able to pay anymore????

Sorry for moaning.
Proud to be dealing with my debts

Can you still claim the penalty charges if you may have to do a IVA in the near future?

    thanks
