GRRRR Morgan Stanley

I am 5 months into a DMP with Payplan. Half of my creditors have stopped the interest for others I am still waiting
The problem with Morgan Stanley is that I owe 500 pounds more than I did when I first went on the DMP!!.
This month alone I paid 37 pounds (as calculated by Payplan), however they charged me 20 pounds for a late fee, 20 pounds overlimit fee and a whopping 42 pounds interest.
Do you think they try and add as much as they can in the beginning knowing eventually that I will not be or able to pay anymore????
Sorry for moaning.
