Hi everyone
A friend of mine has asked to see if I can get any advice for him as to the best morgage for him
He has a morgage of £67K and wants to move to a diff lender. There are no cost involved. He wants to up his mogage to £80K over 18years and have the flexability to overpay
My first thoughts are Virgin One or IF but any advice would be welcome
Thanks

What is the value of his property? The two schemes you have mentioned offer discounts for offset/current account mortgages.
If the offset or current account facilities are not important - there are potentially other lenders with lower rates that will allow either limited (10% of mortgage balance as a rule of thumb) or unlimited overpayments.
Not allowed to be too specific on the board but worth looking around.I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a Mortgage Adviser, so you need to take my word for it.
