Can I still claim if I've already cashed in the endowment?

Hi
I think this may be a daft question, but I was wondering if I can still claim some kind of compensation on my wrongly sold endowment mortgage if I've already cashed it in? I held it for a few years before I realised it was a total waste of time and when I cashed it in only got peanuts! At the time I didn't realise that I could claim any kind of compensation and decided to cut my losses and start again from scratch.

Yes you can still claim, if you believe you were mis-sold a policy in the first place, if your case is upheld it only changes the calculation not the original mis-sale0
