Hello, me again!
I tried attempting a full & final with Allied International on behalf of Amex. Its not going to happen, as we can't agree on an amount. They want more than I can give.
So today I spoke to the nice man, and said I can give you £1000 next week and then set up a new monthly arrangement to clear the other £1500. Personally I think thats fair. I'm not running away, I am literally throwing money at them to get this resolved.
But.....
He said they MUST have payment by Friday. If they don't, American Express will order something to do with the Land Registery and take my house away blah blah.
Why is he making this so hard? Why can't they wait 2 extra days??
I'm baffled!
