Hi all, have just read the sticky on cleaning up credit files after BR, and it says to include a copy of your bankruptcy order with the letter to creditors...what exactly is this? Is it form 6.27 or 6.28 or have i got it completly wrong?? Sorry if this is a daft question , it's been a long day and my head is battered!
Thank you
Thank you

It's what you receive from the court, the judge signs this and you become bankrupt x"If wishes were horses, then beggars would ride"

The court will be able to provide you with a copy - they may charge a £5 photocopying fee though. xxPay Debt by Xmas 16 - 0/12000

When I went BR the BR Clerk stapled my Bankruptcy Petition (Form 6.30) to the front of my copy of my SOA (6.27 / 6.28). It might be mixed up amongst all of the papers you were given at the court.0
