Hi all, have just read the sticky on cleaning up credit files after BR, and it says to include a copy of your bankruptcy order with the letter to creditors...what exactly is this? Is it form 6.27 or 6.28 or have i got it completly wrong?? Sorry if this is a daft question , it's been a long day and my head is battered!

Thank you

It's what you receive from the court, the judge signs this and you become bankrupt x

Form 6.30, that you would have been given on the day.

The court will be able to provide you with a copy - they may charge a £5 photocopying fee though. xx

When I went BR the BR Clerk stapled my Bankruptcy Petition (Form 6.30) to the front of my copy of my SOA (6.27 / 6.28). It might be mixed up amongst all of the papers you were given at the court.
