its the MSE curse, small company all of a sudden gets inundated with bargain hunting MSErs.

I havent had a problem with them and got my order next dat but this was a month ago before this thread started and i got the same offer of quidco.

I agree there customer service could be a little better, but again if its a small company there probably feeling the strain.

Mine arrived 7 days after ordering, 1 bottle instead of the half case I ordered. :mad:

Sent another email asking where my refund is and requesting that they sort it out before the end of the week. In the time it took her to reply to the last email she could have issued the refund. It's not the money just a point of principle that I paid for something which I didn't get and turned into a debacle in the end.

Refund of 'next day delivery' (hah!) finally arrived yesterday, 47 days after payment was taken and yet another phone call last week, during which I was informed that there were over 200 other people waiting for refunds too!:eek:

I had exactly the same problem - after 4 phone calls and countless emails, I eventually received the wine (which wasn't great - obviously didn't like all the tooing and froing!) - was promised discount vouchers - these never arrived - I will never use this company again. They were always very pleasant to deal with - maybe they just took on too much - they simply can't handle it

Blooming Heck!! I only orded 3 cheap bottles, they sent me them plus a free boxed set including a full bottle of a Shiraz Rose and scented candles and gift vouchers and the came in 4 days! I was impressed.
