Carrot and curry soup
Cottage pie with sweet potato mash

Basically, I am trying to empty my fridge/freezer before we go away so I can clean it all out!

i could do with doing some cooking too but i just can't be bothered and those lamb bits are still sat there cooked waiting for me to do something with them gonna have to use them today or they are going to have to be chucked

i wouldn't mind having a go at the cambridge diet but i don't think my dr would sign the form for me to do it

Stick them in the slow cooker with some spices and some canned toms and a few veg like potatos and carrots/onions/celery etc and make a stew

he called, hi how are you etc... i said sorry who's calling? which didnt go down well....... then i placed his voice and we had a chat... i waited for the "im in the area, can i come over" booty call line, but it never came as he was actually in Inverness... seemingly he was just phoning to say hi, and how was i etc? He said he wasnt drunk, i'm not so sure, i think he'd beem doing drinks for work type contract stuff...

I told him my position re GM and that i had deleted his numbers/FB and again i dont think that went down to well...
