    Claire - you needed the bathroom done for your own health and safety. Debtbusting is more of a roller coaster than a straight line. This period of redundancy has pretty much sent me back to square 1 I think (haven't added it up yet...). You just roll with the punches, dust yourself off and keep at it. With our support and scintillating wit to keep you company along the way ;)

    I personally think it is truly one of the most daft things to do on the planet...right up there with ironing socks and underwear...

    yeah i suppose, but it is annoying when you got to get into more debt to get things done, after my holiday in may all my savings are going on clearing the cc and catalogue then busting the cu loan

    (Although there is something about sliding between freshly laundered, crisp, white sheets that is instantly soothing... possibly something to do with the fact that if it ever happens its cos someone else has done the laundering and ironing:rotfl:)

    And that determination means you are still on track. If you were thinking 'what's the point I'm not going to bother trying anymore' then you'd be in trouble x You are doing really well with meal planning
