Lenders ignoring letter but in a nice way

Hello, sorry if this is a stupid question but I don't trust DCA's at all so though I would ask anyway...
Long story short, I used the CCCS debt management thingy online and sent off a SOA to a debt collector with a token payment of £1, blah blah blah, along with a letter saying I only want to communicate with them in writing seeing as they've been calling me - which by the way was an automated message asking me to call them, the cheek!
They replied saying thanks for the letter and can I call them on this number to discuss my options.
Now as far as I'm aware, there are no options to discuss - I can't afford to pay them anymore. As well as that, I explicitly stated in the letter that I will ONLY communicate with them in writing - it was a template taken from this forum.
Any advice on what to do? Is there a template for this or should I just make up my own letter and remind them that I will only communicate with them in writing?
Many thanks in advance

It's not that, they haven't rang since they got the letter as far as I'm aware, the problem I have is with the reply to my offer of repayment/token payments asking me to call them when I have already said I will only communicate with them in writing. This was dated 19th March.0 -
