i move august 06 i ve got 2ccj one 2006 after i moved and one 2007 i never got any forms in the post as they was
send to my old address on credit report it does not tell me who they are from

I don't know much about this area but my guess would be you'll need to contact your local county court and explain the situaion to them to find out what happens next.
