Best Waterproof Eye makeup remover?

Hi Guys,
After years of suffering with panda eyes I've finally taken the plunge and bought a really good waterproof mascara. Problem is, my usual Boots own brand eye make up remover won't touch it!
Any suggestions?

Oil
Some people use baby oil, or olive oil as a water proof eyemake up remover. Even if you wan to buy a ''proper one'' and not join we oil cleansers, it will get it off tonight for you! 0 -
I use the one by Clinique for tough makeup, but even so (eg with hard to remove things like DiorShow) I do have to apply the stuff on cotton wool pads then hold them onto my lashes for about 10 seconds before sliding them off (downwards movement) do not scrub, it makes it paiful, gives ypu puffy eyes and if anything rubs the makeup further into your lash eyeline. It may take several attempts to get everything all off.0
