they have a debt of mine or so they say, 800 quid, cabot via barclay card
anyway rob sands has said the info will be sent my way, I want a legal letter saying that i want the info in a certain amount of time, what is the best template? its bound to be statute barred anyway, do i admit that yet? is that a declaration of debt?

There is no legal time limit for a debt collector to reply, some never reply at all but it is in their interest to reply as soon as possible. If you think the debt is SB consider sending the SB letter if/when they reply (its post #3)
