Should we let RTLU know our old house is up for sale?

Hi, as above, we have just found out that our house which was going to court yesterday for repo is up for sale today (much faster than i expected!) I dont really trust the martgage company to let the RTLU know about it or the company we had the secured loan with either, but is it really anything to do with us anymore?

What would everyone else do?
