I started my DMP first of February and had 4 creditors 3 of which stopped interest and accepted the reduced payment immediatly however the 4th Mint, comes under RBS i believe are still charging interest. Just wondered if anyone else has had them refuse are they one of the awkward creditors. Not sure how long to wait CCCS say to wait and see what they say as its early days, I find this very very worrying advice please from one of you.

Hi
I am not in a DMP but I have requested reduced payments to all my creditors and I have just checked my statements and it seems that Mint have frozen my interest and the amount I am paying is acutally coming of the O/S balance.

Freezing interest/charges is a goodwill gesture, and is not guaranteed. Its completely normal for some creditors to play up, but there is nothing you can do other than to ask again as a responsible lender to help you pay off the debt, you need the interest frozen.Although no trees were harmed during the creation of this post, a large number of electrons were greatly inconvenienced.
There are two ways of constructing a software design: One way is to make it so simple that there are obviously no deficiencies, and the other way is to make it so complicated that there are no obvious deficiencies0
