Im so confused about what i should do.
i was formally dealing with debt matters and never had a problem with them my debt was being delt with and it felt like a total weight had been lifted from my shoulders. i received a letter in november 2009 to say that harrington brooks had taken over from debt matters. even since then iv had nothing but problems from them, including missed payment each month to my creditors, even though that are till taking the agreed amount from my account, so now im in even more debt that i was when i started and just dont seem to be gettin anywhere,
Can anyone help iv been advised to cancel my agreement with them, i did not receive any terms and conditions when they took over from debt matters and have not to my knowledge signed a new agreement with them. according to there website terms and conditions i need to send a letter of withdrawel and just dont know where to start.

you should contact one of the free charity organisations CCCS PAYPLAN etc. go through it with them, they can advise you appropriately. Their assistance is free and confidential
