Don't use Eflorist.co.uk

Hi Ladies,

Just thought I would warn you about Eflorist.co.uk. I spent nearly £30 on a flower arrangement for my mum for mothers day after 4 days the flowers were dead I contacted Eflorist 3 times by email with no reply so in the end I contacted the florist who delivered them and they eventually sent out a poor bunch of carnations not even worth £5. I rang Eflorist.co.uk to see if they could help me on the matter as they have a 7 day no quibble guaranttee which is a laugh in itself!

They won't do a thing so rather poor service from them. So please don't use them for your wedding flowers as they will probably be dead before you get married!!

    Hi

I used eFlorist for mothers day and they were absolutley stunning. They are still thriving over a week later and some of the lillies are only just beginning the flower. The smell is gorgeous, ive never seen such a beautiful bunch of flowers.

It all depends on your local florist, eFlorist are just an agent so to speak, like interflora and other big companies. You place your order with them and they pass it on to a local florist to fulfil.

  • I was at a floristry class recently and the tutor reckoned that, among this type of business, e-florist are the best, as in the company and the florist seem to take a smaller cut of the monies paid, so more is left for the flowers/foliage themselves.
From Starrystarrynight to Starrystarrynight1 and now I'm back...don't have a clue how!

Maybe I got a rubbish flower arrangement then but I don't expect flowers to die within 4 days.

Steph - why not write a letter of complaint to eflorist and mention that the florist they used supplied poor quality flowers. I take the replacements were half dead too? Flowers shouldnt be dead after 4 days.
  • I've ordered a few times from eflorist, most recently on Valentines day and for a family birthday last month, both bouquets were fab.. I use them because they use local florists to prepare and deliver their online flowers and that idea really appeals to me as opposed to the boxed factory style of flowers you get from most of the other online flower retailers.. supporting local small businesses is so important at the moment, there used to be three florists in my town 2 years ago and now we're down to one, any business supporting these guys is doing the right thing in my opinion... i'd report the florist who delivered your flowers to eflorist as i'm sure they look into any sub standard orders that are letting the side down..

Quiet day in the Eflorist office today???

Interflora use local florists too, stunning bunch of flowers from my local florist ordered by OH via interflora meant that they now have a loyal customer who treats herself (rather too often ;)) every now and then! :D
