I agree with ikle87. I counted 11 but Im not sure whether to count Carlise as one, since he was shown with the volturi at the beggining of the film and the question only asks how many volturi appear. I think im going to go for 12.

but hes not volturi, he stayed with them for a while and they asked him to join and he said no.

Are they counting the woman who brings the tourists in as Bella, Edward and Alice are leaving? That isn't the same person as the receptionist is it (think she has her hair down while the receptionists is up?)
