hi hope someone can answer.wife had or interview yesterday.im already br and to help me my dad give me his car to use until im discharged then try to sort something out myelf.the car is in his name but i pay the insurance.the or seems to think he might have a say in this car.is this right thanks

As he is not the legal owner of the car I'd seriously doubt there was any way the OR would be able to take the dad's car, unless there's some legislation or guidelines I'm not aware of..Total 'Failed Business' Debt £29,043

No if your dad can prove that he owns the car then you will be fine, the person who uses it ie, the registered keeper does not have to be the owner.:pB&SC No. 298
