brill, thanks so much guys, I was starting to feel like I wanted the impossible!! I'd rather do it somewhere that has an actual bar than hiring a barn or somehting where we have to organise and bring everything. Have already found one or two places that might suit. I have my perfect venue in mind and from their advertising they say they will accomodate any requirements, and that their policy is fuss-free which sounds perfect but I want to have some others to look at too just incase...
