Can bonus income be included in the mortgage

I am trying to figure out how much i can borrow for a mortgage. Half of my income is from my quarterly bonus'.
Do banks -these days- lend on the basis of salary and bonus or just basic salary?
If its just salary then I wont even be able to afford the place that I live in now! (which has just gone under offer!)

Depends on nature/rules of bonus and individual lender.
A good adviser will help you select the most suitable (not just the cheapest) lender for your circumstances.Hi, we’ve had to remove your signature. If you’re not sure why please read the forum rules or email the forum team if you’re still unsure - MSE ForumTeam0
