Tribunal now done and dusted...hopefully

Well done! I'm in the tribunal stage myself and hope that I will share your success in a few months time!
I would feel so satisfied that I've done my bit to ensure that the ex doesn't get away evading his financial responsibilities, well done!
My daughter is very angry and hurt that dad affords the very nice things in life for himself and wife, without a second thought for her. Her hurt is worse to me then the financial situation we were thrown into with his selfish decision to avoid paying CS.0 -

I'm sorry to hear that PHb, unfortunately forcing them to pay doesn't, imo, take away that feeling of hurt. His behaviour on this had just reinforced the elder ones opinion that he is a pratt and did give much heart ache to the younger one. However his recent behaviour to her has made her much happier
I also try and remember that although he is a pratt with money, he is willing to put himself out for them on some levels. I want both of the girls to like him for what he is, warts and all, just like the rest of us human beings
I hope your daughter can find it in herself to forgive her Dad his weakness and appreciate his strengths.
Good luck with the tribunal.

Thanks for your post. My daughter won't know either way whether Dad pays or doesn't pay, I keep that separate from her. She is more bothered by the exclusion of her in his life. I would be thrilled if he made an effort, money or no money.0

Great result Soubrette - I hope that you ex continues to face up to his responsibilities and you don't have to go through this again.0
