hi, some further info, sent the letter, then got a vague one back saying they were passing it back to the client
they have now sent a letter to my old ( parents address) saying their client (cabot finance) have an unpaid barclaycard bill from when i lived at 6 balfour rd nottingham and have traced me to my current add, different to my parents
ive checked my credit record, its clear
im pretty sure this is the prev paid off det with activ capital
whats this about a 6 year rule i left the notts address in about june 03
