Chelsea BS - Fixed Rate Ending

Our fixed rate is due to end in June.

Does anyone know Chelseas procedures for renewals? When/will they contact us? Do we need to chase them?

And, do they do re-valuations when making a new offer, or use some kind of pricing index?

Ideally, we want to move on to another long term fixed rate.

Thanks. Have called them before and they just say that we shall hear in good time, without being specific.

I am asking if any others are in the same position and when/if they heard from Chelsea and what the situation was. As I say, Chelsea arent exactly forthcoming, just asking us to hold on. However, if they are going to be making duff offers, we need to be looking elsewhere in the meantime.
